We are committed to accountability and transparency in the way we receive, manage and use funds. Every contribution is treated as a responsibility to the donor and to the communities we serve.
Our Commitments
All income and expenditure should be recorded, categorised and retained in line with the Foundation’s financial controls.
Tuition payments, equipment purchases, medical supplies, water projects and other programme costs should be supported by invoices, receipts or appropriate evidence.
Donations restricted to a specific programme or project should be tracked and used for the stated purpose, subject to the Foundation’s published terms.
Supporting records can be made available to authorised donors, partners, auditors or regulators where appropriate and lawful.
We report the use of funds without exposing beneficiaries’ private information or using images and stories without proper consent.
As the Foundation grows, we will strengthen budgeting, approvals, monitoring, reporting and independent oversight.
