The Maria Oluremi Ajibodu Foundation was established in 2023 to honour the life and values of Maria Oluremi Ajibodu, a woman remembered for her faith, resilience, hard work, generosity and commitment to family and community. Her legacy now lives on through programmes that empower women, protect children, equip young people, improve health, provide clean water and strengthen vulnerable families.
Our approach goes beyond one-off assistance. We listen to communities, respond to immediate needs and invest in practical opportunities that support long-term independence and wellbeing.

Stories of dignity restored
My mother is a tailor but had no sewing machine, so she could not use her skill to support us. Through MOA Foundation, she received a sewing machine. She is now working again and earning an income for our family. This has changed our lives.
I had no business and no financial stability. I didn’t know how To support myself and my children. When i received a refrigerator, everything changed. I now sell cold drinks and Water in my area. Today, i can take care of my children and stand on my feet again.
As a single mother, life was very difficult. MOA Foundation trained us in soap and detergent Making and gave me start-up materials. I now Produce and sell in my neighbourhood. I finally have a steady source of income. This Programme gave me a fresh start.
MOA Foundation paid my daughter’s school fees when we had no support. She is now back in school, healthy, and happy. This programme restored hope to my family.
I was sick and my mother could not pay the hospital bill. MOA Foundation helped us. Now I am strong and back in school. I want to become a doctor to help other children too.
